Forensic meteorologist Mark McGinnis, CCM serves as an entirely objective expert witness for making unbiased, strictly analytical assessments of a situation for both plaintiffs and defendants in legal cases where weather has played a factor.

Mark McGinnis, CCM is the owner of Fair Skies Consulting, LLC and one of a very small group of meteorologists to have earned the Certified Consulting Meteorologist and the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist designations from the American Meteorological Society. Mark has over twenty (20) years of experience forecasting, analyzing, and communicating complex meteorological data including, tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards, and derechos, to the public in a calm and friendly manner. 

After 20 years in Broadcast Meteorology full time, Mark now works part time as a fill in Meteorologist at WLS-TV ABC 7 in Chicago.
