RANDY D. HORSAK, PE (Registered Professional Engineer & Scientist), has more than forty (40) years of experience in multiple phases of environmental engineering and science including consulting, engineering and construction. As an office supervisor, MR. HORSAK was in charge of operations management and would take lead roles in strategic planning, business development, and proposal preparation.
Along with his experience in the office, RANDY D. HORSAK, PE has used his expertise to offer litigation support and expert witness testimony. MR. HORSAK has managed and directed environmental projects in a variety of areas including those dealing with air pollution, and water treatment and purification. These cases require him to provide his knowledge on cases involving ambient air quality testing, noise, soil and sediment, groundwater, and surface water.
RANDY D. HORSAK, PE has worked on a wide range of sites and facilities including hazardous waste management facilities, fossil and nuclear power plants, and manufacturing and commercial facilities. MR. HORSAK has also authored almost 50 professional publications and lectures.
