Dr. Billy B. Laun II. I was born and raised on the farm outside of Pawnee City, Nebraska. I’m a graduate of the University of Buffalo’s oral & maxillofacial surgery program who received my undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and my Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska College of Dental Medicine in 2011. I belong to the major organizations in my field:

American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
American Dental Association
American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery

I have devoted my professional career to all aspects of oral & maxillofacial surgery with special interests in the treatment of patient comfort and anxiety via deep and general anesthesia techniques, dental implants to replace missing teeth, removal of teeth that are problematic, removal of wisdom teeth, numb tongue repair, repair of the misshapen and non-functional nose, head and neck trauma, and benign pathology of the head and neck. To keep abreast of the latest developments in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, I have always exceeded the continuing education requirements of Illinois.
